Facts snapshots are produced only for new classifications. Historical documents without a current matching snapshot, and fields without a classified observation, remain unknown. Do not substitute a value from a document summary or interpret unknown as false. Read the Facts integration guide →
Free search includes provenance-free aggregate Facts only when every canonical story member meets the 24-hour delay and seven-day history window. If a member has no valid publication or discovery date, eligibility fails closed. Free cannot request direct story or document detail. See the search contract →
No. The Business cursor follows newly ready story/member assignments, not classification-only or Facts snapshot changes. Search pagination is not snapshot-isolated either. Periodically run a full story search and reconcile by story ID; neither cursor is a lossless late-update feed.
No. Team roles govern website account access through verified, authenticated organization membership; they do not grant API-key entitlements. The owner manages API keys and billing. See the role matrix and invitation steps →
The link is submitted to the configured email provider, but provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Ask an owner or admin to check invitation status and the recipient email. Invitations expire after seven days and may be revoked; the recipient must sign in with that verified email and explicitly accept.
